    1. The administrator of personal data collected via www service is (determination the company) EUROKADRA SA, with address of the place of business and address for service: Zabrze 41-800, ul. Wolności 345, NIP: 6452525218, REGON: 242783291 address electronic mail (e-mail):, hereinafter referred to "Administrator".
    2. User personal data are processed in accordance with the Act on Personal Data Protection dated 29 August 1997. (Dz. U. No. 133, item. 883 as amended.) And the Act on electronic services of 18 July 2002. (Dz. U. No. 144, item. 1204, as amended.).
    3. The administrator makes special efforts in order to interest of anyone the data subjects, and in particular ensure that the data collected by him are: a) processed lawfully, b) collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing not in accordance with these objectives, c) relevant and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form permits identification of the data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.



    1. Personal data, collected by the Administrator, are used to contact the user, and other activities related to user activity in the service
    2. The administrator processes the following personal information: a) name, b) address (street and house number / apartment, zip code, city), c) e-mail
    3. The administrator can process the following data describing the way of use of the services provided electronically (operating data): a) denotations identifying the telecommunications network ending or computer system that was used by user, b) information on the commencement, termination and range of every the use by the user of the service provided electronically, c) information concerning using by user the services provided electronically.

    1. Use of this service, making contracts for providing services electronically via the service, involves the need to enter personal information which is entirely voluntary.
    2. In accordance with Article. 23 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of 29 August 1997. (D. L. No. 133, item. 883 as amended.) Processing is permitted, among others, when: a) the data subject has given his consent, unless it is erasure of the data. b) It is necessary to satisfy the contract, when the data subject is a part or when it is necessary to take action before the conclusion of the contract at the request of the data subject.
    3. The processing of personal data by the Administrator always takes place within the framework of bases admissibility of the processing mentioned in point. 2. Processing of the data will relate to the execution of the contract or the need to take action prior to entering into the agreement on the request of the data subject (pt. 2 b).

    1. User has the right to access their personal data and correct them
    2. Every person has right to control the processing of data relating to them contained in the data set of the Administrator, and in particular the right to request to supplement, update, or correct personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or removal if they are incomplete, outdated, untrue or collected in violation of the law or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
    3. In order to execute the rights mentioned in point. 1 and 2 can be used by sending appropriate e-mail to the following address:

    1. Administrator service uses "cookies." No change on the user side browser settings is tantamount to agreeing to their use.
