The right to the minimum wage applies to all individuals employed under an employment contract. This means that every employee under such a contract should receive a salary no lower than the established national minimum wage. This principle also applies to foreigners working in Poland, provided their employment complies with applicable law. Employers are obligated to ensure that remuneration meets the minimum requirements, regardless of the type of work performed or the employee’s experience.
